Authenticity: You are responsible for the authenticity of your handle. Impersonating public figures, brands, or other individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
Public by Default: To help you build your digital legacy, public posts and articles are intentionally optimized for search engines (utilizing the Google Search Engine Indexing API). What you publish publicly is meant to be seen by the world.

3. User-Generated Content & Zero Liability

Our community thrives on the free exchange of ideas, but you retain full ownership and absolute responsibility for your content.

No Platform Liability: official.page does not pre-screen, verify, or endorse any user-generated content, embedded links, images, or videos. We act solely as a host. Any legal liability arising from copyright infringement, defamation, or false claims rests entirely with the user who posted the content.
Content License: By posting on official.page, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and reproduce your content across our platform and associated promotional channels.
Community Help Center: Advice or code shared in the Community Help Center is provided by users. We are not liable for any damages resulting from implementing community suggestions.

4. Monetization, Premium Articles & Payments

official.page empowers creators to earn through tools like "Show Support" and Premium Paywalled Articles.

Third-Party Processors: All financial transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. official.page does not process or hold your banking data directly.
Disclaimer of Financial Liability: We are a technology platform, not a bank. official.page is completely completely exempt from liability for delayed settlements, payment gateway outages, fraudulent chargebacks initiated by your supporters, or bank-side errors.
Platform Fees: We apply a standard platform fee on monetization transactions to maintain our infrastructure. This fee is non-refundable.
Taxes: Creators are solely responsible for calculating, reporting, and remitting any applicable taxes (e.g., GST, Income Tax) on their earnings derived from official.page.

5. Self-Discovery with No Charges

We believe in the power of self-discovery and exploration. There are no mandatory subscription charges associated with using our core platform to discover yourself, learn new things, and connect with others. We are committed to making knowledge accessible to everyone, regardless of anything.

6. Account Management Services

While we do not currently offer dedicated, personalized account management services (where a representative manages your handle for you), we plan to implement specialized agency solutions in the future. If you have questions or require support, you can always seek guidance in our community forums or contact our support team.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

To maintain a high-quality environment, the following actions are strictly prohibited on official.page:

Posting illegal, highly violent, or sexually explicit/pornographic content.
Engaging in spam, botting, or artificial manipulation of Karma Points (KP) or engagement metrics.
Harassing, threatening, or doxxing other users.
Distributing malware, phishing links, or engaging in fraudulent financial schemes.

Violating these rules will lead to the immediate blocking of your IP, removal of your digital handle, and forfeiture of any pending payouts.

8. Termination & "As Is" Disclaimer

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, to protect the integrity of the platform.

"AS IS" Warranty: official.page is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or completely secure. In no event shall official.page, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
